This position involves coordination with the Facility Manager to ensure that all maintenance resources, materials, and equipment are being used in the most efficient manner possible to meet operational objectives. You will ensure that all tenant requests are completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, ensuring that outside vendors and other maintenance personnel complete scheduled work in a timely fashion while following all policies, procedures, protocols, and controls. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and team members to improve processes and timely response to client requests.
Coordinate, operate, maintain, and repair all appliances, HVAC, life safety, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment and building systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders multiple times daily.
Extensive periods of walking, kneeling, standing, stooping, pushing, pulling, carrying, climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting. May carry equipment, tools, or supplies weighing from 40 to 80 pounds.
Visual-specific abilities to recognize people, numbers, words, color, close, distant, depth perception, focus, and peripheral.
Access Remote Working Areas. Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance and repair.
Experience working in a multi-tenant office environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Industry certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
