What We Offer
- Compensation range of $27-$30 per hour depending on experience
- Monthly cell phone stipend
- 40 hour work week Overtime as needed

- Basic repair and installation tasks
- Doors & Windows: installation and repairs
- Carpentry: crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, trim.
- Electrical: fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, service upgrades, breaker panel replacement, and troubleshooting
- Plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks, troubleshooting
- Lighting and Lighting Systems: installation and troubleshooting
- Drywall: repair and installation
- Painting/Staining: interior and exterior
- Roofing: patch small flat roof holes and troubleshoot leaks.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of handyman experience
- Your own basic tools
- Ability to lift tools and building materials weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75-100 lbs
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and a general understanding of property management
- Fluent English
- Ability to work a rotating “on-call” schedule
