WestWall Lodge, a premier slope side property in Mt. Crested Butte, is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our guest-focused team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, interacting with guests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Position: Front Desk Agent
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Mt. Crested Butte, CO
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting guests in person and by phone
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Providing excellent customer service and property information
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
- Handling payments and daily reporting
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
