We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our Long-Term Care Ventilation Unit
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional care to residents requiring ventilator support
Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure the safe and effective operation of ventilators and other respiratory equipment
Advocate for resident needs and provide emotional support
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
Qualified candidates will possess:
A valid RN license
Experience in a critical care or long-term care setting (preferred)
Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
A commitment to teamwork and resident-centered care
