West View Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in West Warwick, Rhode Island, is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. We have full-time, 1st and 2nd shift positions available, totaling 40 hours per week, including every other weekend.
As an essential part of our nursing department, you'll play a crucial role in managing residents' daily nursing needs and overseeing direct care staff. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience managing the care needs of a senior population, demonstrate excellent multi-tasking abilities, and possess a strong team-oriented focus. Experience providing care to individuals with dementia and their families is also highly valued.
