We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling with available day and evening shifts. The LPN plays an important role in supporting resident health, coordinating care, and promoting a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and health monitoring for assisted living residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor resident health status and promptly report any changes to appropriate providers and leadership
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records
- Collaborate with caregivers, medication technicians, and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
- Participate in care planning and resident assessments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
