Westside Water is a trusted provider of water treatment solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
- Install and service reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on water treatment equipment and treatment plants.
- Refill chemicals and maintain chemical feed systems.
- Deliver bottled water and water softener salt to customers.
- Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and company equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Westside Water professionally.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have held a drivers license for 2 years.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes.
- Ability to follow through with tasks and complete on a timely manner.
- Experience in water treatment is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Preferred Experience
- Water softener service and repair
- Reverse osmosis systems
- Plumbing or electrical experience
- Chemical handling and safety
- Delivery driving experience
- Any water treatment services
