What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bather position at Westside Veterinary Clinic?
Westside Vet and Kayce's Pet Parlor is looking to add a pet bather to our team!
Tasks:
- Bathe and dry pets in a timely and efficient manner
- Trim nails, clean ears, express anal glands, and brush teeth
- Walk, feed, and medicate pets
- Clean up after pets, wash runs/cages, sweep, mop, laundry, etc.
Requirements:
- Arrive at 7:30am for opening shifts
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift varying sizes of pets
- Work some holiday and weekend shifts
Prior experience in pet bathing/handling is not required. You will be trained in all duties and responsibilities.
Since we are also a veterinary hospital, there may be some opportunities available to assist our doctors in various tasks (vaccinations, examinations, surgeries, etc).
