We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Sterilization Technician to join our dental team full-time. This is a great entry-level position for someone who is interested in learning more about the dental field and gaining hands-on experience in a dental office.
What You’ll Do
As our Sterilization Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our clinical team organized and our office running smoothly. Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments
- Preparing and organizing instruments for dental procedures
- Maintaining sterilization areas and equipment
- Following proper infection control and safety protocols
- Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
- Restocking clinical supplies and keeping treatment areas organized
- Assisting the clinical team throughout the day as needed
- Learning dental terminology, instruments, and office procedures
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our patients and team

Opportunity for Growth

Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday through Thursday position, giving you a consistent four-day workweek.
