Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Customer Service/ Cashier/ Barista Westside Market on Powell is hiring for a part-time Customer Service / Cashier/ Barista to join our team at our store in Erie, PA. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring all products are stocked and available for customers. Position Details: Perform cashier duties including but not limited to selling, receiving, stocking and checking out customers. Maintain cleanliness of the retail store and the work area including the cash drawer. Perform merchandising duties including but not limited to stocking shelves and racks with merchandise, making sales, and cleaning up after customers including dishes. Assists in opening and closing store operations. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Work experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, co-workers, and management. Must be able to make coffee and smoothies in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds at a time, and maintain professional behavior with customers, co-workers, and management.
