Overview
We are currently seeking Ground Crew Personnel to assist our tree care operations. This position supports tree trimming and removal crews by performing essential ground‑level work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with tree pruning and removal operations
- Job site cleanup and debris removal
- Safely operating and maintaining equipment
- Communicating effectively with the crew and manager
- Keeping track of tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train dependable individuals who are eager to learn.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
