Westside Family Chiropractic & Rehab is looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Office Manager to become the face of our practice. We are a family-oriented chiropractic office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.
This is much more than a front desk position. You'll help create an outstanding patient experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a positive attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage patient recalls and reactivation calls
- Coordinate the daily office schedule
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Schedule
Monday through Friday
(No evenings or weekends.)
Compensation
Hourly pay rate depends on experience.
