Dental Assistant – We’re Willing to Train!
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team! No experience? No problem — we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and build a career in dentistry.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, must be open to coaching
- Respectful, professional, and reliable
- A team player who collaborates well with others
- Ability to adapt to change
- Passion for providing a comfortable and caring experience for patients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Spanish speaking helpful but not required
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the doctor during procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments
- Helping maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Supporting patient care and comfort
- Learning and growing with the practice
