ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER POSITION

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead one of our full-service restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and takes pride in delivering consistent hospitality every day.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your location
• Ensure your location complies with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, product quality, and store cleanliness
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Sales and Financial Performance

• Analyze PNL statements, to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Drive IN HOUSE initiatives to increase average ticket size, customer traffic, and overall revenue
  • Track and grow PPA and Guest Counts
• Forecast and Schedule Management
  • Ensuring scheduling is in line with budgets and forecasts
  • Over see all schedules

Team Leadership Development

• Recruit, train, and develop Managers and team members to ensure a high-performing workforce
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement
• Conduct quarterly reviews with all managers at your location

Customer Experience

• Ensure your location delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere
• Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores across your locations

Marketing with Community Engagement

• Execute local promotions and grassroots campaigns – spend 2-4 hours per week visiting local businesses and inviting them in.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase brand awareness
• Book Monday Night Give Backs with local charities that fit within our guidelines

The General Manager reports to the Director of Restaurant Operations. You will also have much communication and leadership given by our Director of FoodBeverage, Asst Director of Food and Beverage, and our Director of Finance.

Requirements:

Requires 3 years of Restaurant Management experience with positive financial results.

ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
