Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for tacos, burritos, and other menu items with precision and efficiency
- Assist in menu planning by following recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality
- Cook and handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to promote a safe and organized environment
- Serve customers directly or prepare food for quick service, ensuring prompt delivery of orders

Qualifications
