Duties
- Greet guests warmly, providing clear directions and information about course rules and etiquette
- Monitor play to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and golf course policies
- Manage pace of play by communicating with groups to keep the game flowing smoothly
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and address concerns with professionalism
- Oversee course safety by observing for hazards or inappropriate behavior and responding appropriately
- Assist with event management during tournaments or special events, ensuring seamless operations
- Support guest services by providing assistance with club amenities, food service areas, or resort facilities when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations within a resort or recreational environment
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage with diverse guests confidently
- Background in events management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable
- Experience with food service operations or hospitality settings enhances your ability to support guest needs
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response readiness
- Ability to manage cash handling transactions accurately when assisting with pro shop sales or event fees
- Experience working with children or in theater environments can be beneficial for engaging younger guests and creating lively atmospheres
