Full-Time Cleaner
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual seeking a fulfilling full-time position? We are seeking a dedicated and detailed Cleaner to provide comprehensive support in residential, office and construction environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning of personal home and builder model homes:
- Thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Office Cleaning:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, including desks, common areas, and restrooms
- Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
- Construction Job site cleaning:
- Rough clean up of job sites and outlots
- Additional tasks:
- Basic handy skills
- Oversee miscellaneous maintenance services
- Flexibility:
- Consistent full-time hours, typically Monday-Friday daytime hours.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills
- 2 weeks paid time off
- Holidays off
