WestPro is a professional contractor specializing in Siding, Windows, Doors, Roofing, & Gutters for homeowners, HOAs, and commercial buildings. WestPro services Boulder County and Denver Metro.

How it works
- W-2 Employment. WestPro Project Consultants are NOT 1099/Independent Contractors
- No matter your experience level in our industry, WestPro will train you in our established processes.
- You are provided a professional company vehicle, laptop, phone, and inspection tools/equipment.
- Leads & Appointments are generated by WestPro, and scheduled for you by the WestPro Office. Yes, we provide leads.
- Meet with prospective customers to provide inspections, proposals, and contracting.
- Our production managers handle all production, job site management, and customer satisfaction. You are not required to manage job sites.
- You are paid a percentage of all sales, plus tiered bonuses for the contracts you bring in.

Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Minimum of Associate's Degree is Required. Bachelors preferred.
- Must be able to carry ladders, walk on roofs, and perform field inspections.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a strong team player.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to WestPro processes.
- Sales experience *not* required, just be ready to learn!
