Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and priorities
- Educate clients on financial strategies and solutions aligned to their needs
- Develop long-term relationships through ongoing service, reviews, and follow-up
- Leverage mentorship, training, and internal resources to grow your practice
- Maintain compliance standards and complete required licensing
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and execute consistently
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health License, SIE, and Series 7 (if not already licensed)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
