Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors in the development, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive financial plans
- Prepare and update client financial documents, reports and meeting case notes
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication
- Onboard new clients and collect required documentation
- Maintain client records and CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as a liaison with custodians, investment platforms, insurance companies and other providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Assist with account transfers and other administrative requests
- Provide exceptional client service via phone, email and in-person communications
- Contribute to process improvements and project support as needed
- 3 years of experience in a financial planning, advisory or wealth management environment
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM systems, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
