Role Description The Entry Level Financial Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Madison, WI, with the ability to perform some responsibilities from home. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, analyzing their current financial situations, and developing tailored strategies in areas such as budgeting, protection planning, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation. The advisor will prepare and present financial recommendations, follow up on client decisions, and maintain ongoing relationships through periodic reviews and service updates. Day-to-day tasks include learning and applying the firm’s financial planning tools, collaborating with senior advisors and specialists, staying current on financial products and regulatory requirements, and participating in training, workshops, and networking activities to build a client base. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and adhering to all compliance and ethical standards of WestPoint Financial Group.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, create basic financial plans, and explain concepts clearly to clients.
