The Crossroads Group is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to assist with business submission and client service requests splitting support between dedicated support for their lead advisor and shared support across the team. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, organized, a resourceful problem-solver and collaboration-focused.
Applicants should have Microsoft Office proficiency, as well as computer aptitude to learn proprietary software programs quickly. Knowledge of Insurance and Financial Industry is a plus, as the candidate will help collect and process new business from application to completion, while adhering to strict compliance procedures.
This role is Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), and is located on site in our Indianapolis office.

Responsibilities:
- Submit client applications and proactively monitor business in progress to ensure timely follow-through
- Communicate effectively with underwriting and review teams to support seamless case progression
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests with professionalism and care
- Document all client-related activities and updates in the CRM system with precision
- Anticipate needs and provide strategic support to busy advisors across the practice
- Build genuine and positive rapport with existing clients and prospects, reinforcing trust and long-term engagement
- Schedule annual review appointments
- Oversee scheduling and time management to optimize advisor availability
- Track advisor licenses, renewals, and company appointments to maintain regulatory alignment
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Demonstrate accountability and follow through on assigned responsibilities
- Provide back-up coverage to fellow administrative tea members as needed to maintain continuity and service excellence
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of professional administrative experience
- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Strong organizational abilities with proven multi-tasking capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and Calendly
- Experience using CRM systems required
- Technologically adept with a solid understanding of digital workflows
- Prior experience in insurance, investments, or banking preferred
- A dependable team player who adapts seamlessly to evolving responsibilities and changing priorities
- Demonstrates strong ownership of tasks through effective time management, organizational skills, and product knowledge
- Accurately receives, interprets, and conveys information - both verbally and in writing - with precision and clarity
- Maintains impeccable grammar and tone in all client communications, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism
- Serves as a key point of contact between advisors, business partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and performance objectives
