What you'll do
- Prepare operatories and seat patients for hygiene visits
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Assist with periodontal charting and documentation
- Handle sterilization and instrument management
- Reinforce patient education and home care
- Turn over rooms efficiently and support multiple hygienists
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control standards
What helps you succeed
- 12 years of assisting experience (preferred, not required)
- X-ray certification, current or in progress
- Strong communication and organization
- A positive, team-first attitude and attention to detail
- A passion for preventive care
