Weston Table is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Weston, MA. This role supervises a team of five (two receiving associates, two shipping associates, and one flex associate) and is central to our daily operations.

You will own the end-to-end receiving to fulfillment process, ensuring every item that arrives is accounted for, in perfect condition, and correctly reflected in our systems so guests have a seamless online shopping and delivery experience.
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff across receiving and shipping functions
- Work directly alongside the warehouse team in daily operations and fulfillment activities
- Assign daily responsibilities and ensure accountability across all warehouse operations
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to company standards
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans
- Communicate operational goals, challenges, and recommendations to senior management
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and solutions-driven work environment
- Receive and process all incoming inventory into the warehouse management system accurately and on time
- Personally assist with receiving, inspection, organization, and inventory placement as needed
- Log incoming deliveries accurately; inspect goods upon arrival for accuracy and condition
- Communicate damaged or missing goods directly with vendors; report discrepancies and track replacements through to resolution
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all purchase orders, receipts, and vendor correspondence
- Create purchase orders and manage receipt of goods against purchase orders
- Coordinate repackaging or protective packaging when necessary
- Lead and manage cycle counting to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy
- Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy and accessibility
- Develop and refine receiving procedures and documentation standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (buying, fulfillment, customer service) to flag delays or shortages proactively
- Ensure all pick, pack, and ship processes are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work alongside the shipping team to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate freight shipment quotes and ensure timely pickup of shipments
- Ensure timely order fulfillment by helping the team prioritize orders
- Assist the warehouse team with any order issues, including inventory or photo discrepancies
- Review and communicate outstanding order issues with the management team
- Maintain high standards for packaging to ensure safe transit and customer satisfaction
- Monitor shipping supply inventory, including boxes and packing materials
- Ensure shipping SOPs are consistently followed by all team members
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues proactively
- Ensure all returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all warehouse SOPs are consistently followed and maintained
- Implement operational processes, reporting systems, and workflow improvements
- Analyze warehouse performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Track operational metrics and share results with senior leadership
- 3 years of proven warehouse leadership, receiving, or operations management experience
- Experience supervising teams in receiving, shipping, or fulfillment environments
- Strong proficiency with warehouse management or inventory software; experience with Shopify or SKU Labs is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, data, and purchase orders
- Clear and confident communicator — comfortable corresponding with vendors via email and phone
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive accountability
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Willingness to work hands-on in all areas of warehouse operations daily
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the workday; these are essential functions of this role
