What You’ll Do
- Assist project managers with the preparation of engineering studies, design plans and specifications.
- Visit job sites to perform project tasks including, field tests, data gathering, field inspections, surveying and construction observation.
- Office work may include engineering design, data review and tabulation, data management and analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
- Expected to work on a variety of civil engineering projects at any given time as workload requires, but an emphasis will be placed primarily on water related projects.
- Willing to travel as required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with wastewater process and treatment emphasis
- Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and design skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft excel for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- EIT Certification is a plus
- Construction experience is a plus
- Engineering Consulting industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning as new tasks are assigned and new projects are undertake
- Valid driver’s license required
