Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Weston, FL and or Pompano Beach, FL for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, offering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients in their mental health journeys. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care and engaging in occasional clinical supervision of less experienced practitioners.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing and assessments
- Experience with Clinical Supervision and mentoring other professionals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Current license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Florida
- Experience working in outpatient or private practice settings is a plus
- Commitment to using evidence-based therapeutic interventions
