Weston Howard & Associates (WH&A) is a business consulting firm built by an operator, not a theorist. Weston has built and grown multiple companies from the ground up, including outdoor remodeling brands and a tech startup, and previously served as CMO for a law firm. WH&A helps startups and entrepreneurs build real strategy, structure, and systems across business planning, operations, marketing, AI integration, sales, leadership, and financial management.
We're hiring our first Business Development Representative to join a growing team with a clear process already in place.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and connect with startup founders and entrepreneurs who need real consulting support
- Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified conversations
- Set discovery calls for our Account Executive to run and close
- Represent WH&A's positioning: a human consultant who has actually built businesses, not just advice from the sidelines
What we're looking for:
- Someone hungry, coachable, and comfortable with outbound work
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. We're open to both experienced closers and motivated people who want to learn
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with business owners
Compensation:
Commission-based. Reps earn a bonus on every retainer client they bring on, plus ongoing residual income on those clients for as long as they stay with WH&A. Your income compounds over time as your client base grows.
