We are seeking friendly and attentive Servers that "ooze" Hospitality in every sense of the word to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Duties

• Provide exceptional service and Hospitality to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and be able to answer questions about food preparation and ingredients.
• Manage tables effectively, and ensuring timely service.
• Demonstrate excellent sales skills, upselling and cross-selling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with restaurant policies and health regulations.
• Provide support to other restaurant staff, including kitchen staff, bussers, FR's, hosts/hostesses.
• Collaborate with the management team to resolve any issues and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is essential.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is crucial.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and walk long distances is required.

Skills

• Proven hospitality skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
• Strong cash handling and sales skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to provide assistance with food preparation and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a professional restaurant environment and is an effective multi- tasker who can maintain their compure during stressful situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.26 per hour
