Key responsibilities include removing used dishes, wiping tables, restock supplies like napkins and silverware, and assisting with tasks like refilling drinks. Primary duties areTable maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware from tables after guests leave and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning. Table resetting:Prepare tables for new customers by laying out clean place settings, silverware, and napkins. General cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean by wiping down tables, cleaning spills, and taking out the trash. This also includes sweeping or mopping floors as needed. Restocking: Replenish service stations with clean dishes, glassware, and supplies such as napkins, straws, and cutlery. Support staff: Assist servers and other restaurant staff by helping to carry food, refill drinks, and respond to guest needs.Other responsibilities
- Assist with washing dishes if needed.
