A&W’s looking for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders or preparing the food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintain food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.
Part/Full time pay:
- 14-15 year olds - up to $12/hour
- 16-18 year olds - up to $14/hour
- Adults - up to $15/hour

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service counters.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Provide assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
- Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with café or restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards.
- Experience with BRINK POS systems is a plus, enhancing order processing efficiency.
- A helpful attitude towards customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
