OPPORTUNITY
The Private Capital Sales Intern candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Private Capital Team, including assisting the team in pursuit of raising capital and supporting other private capital activities.
- Hours Per Week: 15-30 (40 hours- Summer)
- Start Date: January 24, 2024
- End Date: July 28, 2024 or no later than December 31, 2024
- Wages: $20/hr. | $25/hr. for MBA students
- Degree Type: Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field - Real Estate Focus a plus but not required, a strong understanding of financial concepts is required
- Academic Level: Rising Junior working toward a graduate degree, Seniors graduating December of 2024 or MBA Candidate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and be a self-starter
- Must be highly skilled with Excel
- Conduct research on potential capital sources
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, work with databases and Salesforce to identify and reach out to prospective equity partners.
- Maintaining activities in Salesforce
- Assist in preparation of investment memorandums.
- Analyze pro-forma assumptions.
- Performing market research on upcoming deals
- Various ad-hoc projects in support of the firm’s efforts
- Work with Acquisitions and Private Capital Teams drafting Investment Memorandums
