What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian PT position at Westmoreland Manor?
Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for a part-time Custodian at the rate of $17.30 per hour. The purpose of this position is to perform general housekeeping of Westmoreland Manor areas as directed.
Requirements include bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing a ladder; the ability to use a broom, mop, dust mop, duster, vacuum, shop-vac; and the ability to operate a variety of custodial equipment including a floor stripper, buffer, and carpet scrubber.
Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience in housekeeping preferred.
This position requires weekends and holidays. Part-time custodians should expect to work at least 24 hours per week, as well as commit to at least 1,000 hours per rolling year. There is a pension plan with this position that will require a minimum of 9% contribution! Contact us to learn more.
