Westmoreland Insurance is seeking A front-office professional to join our growing insurance agency. This position plays a key role in assisting clients, handling day-to-day service needs, selling insurance products, and supporting our producers and account managers.
An active insurance license is highly preferred, but not required.
BILINGUAL (Spanish-English) is preferred but not required
Position Overview
These roles may function as:
- A licensed account manager, or
- A front-office / client service representative with strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients in person, by phone, and email
- Service auto, home, and other insurance policies (endorsements, payments, questions)
- Gather information for quotes and assist with new business submissions
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal staff
- Provide professional, friendly support to a diverse client base
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures
Qualifications
- Insurance license highly preferred (Property & Casualty)
- Prior insurance office experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, office systems, and multitasking
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
