Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Analyst located in Greensburg, PA. The Technical Support Analyst will set up and support Windows computers and other end-user devices in our network; install and update common software such as Microsoft 365, Adobe products, and security tools; and help manage user access and track equipment inventory. Typical daily tasks consist of performing basic maintenance on PCs and printers, training staff on general computer use and IT policies, and responding to help desk tickets.
This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to unpack and assemble equipment, install hardware components, deliver and set up systems for employees, and physically troubleshoot issues as needed. Applicants must be able to safely lift IT equipment up to 60 pounds. Must also possess a valid driver’s license, as minimal travel is required with the position.
Qualifications
- A certificate or associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address user needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve complex technical problems systematically.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist users effectively.
- Familiarity with IT systems and basic hardware and software knowledge; certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
