About the Position
We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow two brands:
- Westmoreland Commercial Roofing – creating content that reaches local business owners and property managers.
- Steve Zook’s Personal Brand – creating content that educates, inspires, and attracts contractors and business owners across the country.
This is a part-time position averaging 20–25 hours per week. This is more than just posting on social media. You will help tell our story, generate leads, and build relationships through consistent, high-quality content.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
- Write engaging captions and calls to action.
- Take photos and videos on job sites and around the office.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule throughout the week.
- Respond to comments and direct messages.
- Track engagement and leads generated through social media.
- Help create email campaigns, flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the owner and team to capture company culture and project updates.
- Brainstorm new marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software.
- Comfortable filming and editing videos.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Creative with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter who does not need constant supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising is a plus.
