Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: 9pm - 5:30am

Job Summary: In this key position, you'll serve as the primary communication hub. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in tracking drivers, ensuring accurate logins, monitoring truck usage, and generating crucial reports on delivery timings. With your expertise, we aim to further our commitment to reliability, precision, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main communication link between drivers, terminal staff, and our customer.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries.
• Generate accurate and comprehensive reports on delivery timings and other relevant metrics.
• Monitor and ensure drivers are correctly logged in and operating their designated trucks.
• Solve problems proactively, employing a detail-oriented and systematic approach.
• Maintain comprehensive records of shipments, routes, and driver logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes and ensure punctual freight deliveries.
• Utilize computer systems adeptly for data entry, extraction, and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatch or transportation coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in routing and scheduling software.
• Stellar problem-solving abilities, paired with a keen attention to detail.
• Dependable with a proven record of reliability in past roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across the board.
• Familiarity with transportation industry norms, regulations, and compliance standards preferred.
