- Generate accurate and comprehensive reports on delivery timings and other relevant metrics.
- Monitor and ensure drivers are correctly logged in and operating their designated trucks.
- Solve problems proactively, employing a detail-oriented and systematic approach.
- Maintain comprehensive records of shipments, routes, and driver logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes and ensure punctual freight deliveries.
- Utilize computer systems adeptly for data entry, extraction, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatch or transportation coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in routing and scheduling software.
- Stellar problem-solving abilities, paired with a keen attention to detail.
- Dependable with a proven record of reliability in past roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across the board.
