Technician - Service Team

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows-based point of sales systems and petroleum equipment at customer locations. Additionally, the Service Technician will provide training to customers on newly installed equipment and networks, ensuring seamless integration and customized configurations based on site needs. Responsibilities Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot Windows-based point of sale systems and petroleum equipment on customer locations Train customers on newly installed equipment and networks Set up custom configurations based on site needs Work independently and as part of a team as needed Repair Windows-based hardware including hard drives, motherboards, network switches, and managed firewalls Utilize a world-class CRM system integrated with dispatching Overnight weekday travel Other duties as assigned Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
