Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components
- Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Reliable attendance and strong dependability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read tape measure increments of 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32"
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
- Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.
- Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
- Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete work according to production schedules
- Consistently meet quality and workmanship standards
