The Facilities Maintenance position is crucial in ensuring the operation, maintenance, and overall management of the organization's physical facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilities Operations Management / Operational Oversight and Maintenance: Manages daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repairs to meet safety and operational standards.
- Utilize a van and box truck to execute local and/or regional delivery routes, ensuring timely and damage-free transport of products.
- Health, Safety, Compliance / Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Vendor Management: Oversees and manages relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Help plan and execute facility-related projects at the direction of Executive leadership.
- Assist with developing and maintaining emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on facility performance, projects, inspections, and budgets
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- This role will work in an office environment, inspecting each facility and working outside on the building’s exterior and grounds.
- Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
- Physical demands include walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Clean driving record in line with company policy and current driver's license.
- At least two (2) years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
