Westmont Village Homes is currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Property Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager provides operational support to the Property Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of rental properties.

What we need from you:
- Able to communicate written and orally in English.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with Property management
Must have strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service skills
Available Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm
