Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily maintenance activities of the community, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance
Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns
Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the community remains in excellent condition
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
Develop and manage the community's maintenance budget
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Respond to resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
