Custodian (part-time)

**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we would love to have you on board. **Responsibilities:** - Perform commercial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and sanitized - Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing - Maintain the overall appearance of the facility by addressing any custodial needs promptly - Assist with porter duties such as trash removal and recycling - Execute industrial cleaning tasks as required - Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues - Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals - Contribute to residential painting projects when necessary **Requirements:** - Proven experience in custodial or related roles - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Ability to perform floor care tasks including buffing and polishing - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Joining our team as a Custodian offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment while utilizing your skills in commercial cleaning, floor care, porter duties, facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, and more.
