In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll craft specialty beverages, assist guests with purchases, keep our market fully stocked and inviting, and deliver exceptional service. This is a part-time position, shift is 6:30 am – 10:30 am, 7 days a week
Essential Job Functions:
- Food & Beverage Prep: Make coffee and espresso drinks, assemble sandwiches, and warm up grab-and-go items.
- Cashiering: Operate the POS system to process credit card transactions.
- Inventory: Keep market fully stocked using First In First Out procedure and monitor for expiration dates.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized market area, including keeping adjacent lobby seating areas neat and guest-ready to ensure exceptional guest experience.
Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Prior POS system experience preferred.
