What are the responsibilities and job description for the Varsity & Middle School Swim Coach position at Westminster Schools Of Augusta?
Westminster Schools of Augusta seeks to glorify God by providing an excellent education that emphasizes academic, athletic and artistic excellence that equips students to live extraordinary lives for Jesus Christ. Our employees are expected to approach their work as a ministry of delivering a spiritually fortified education program to students and parents. The Varsity Swim Coaching position in the Athletic Department at Westminster exists to coach Westminster students who choose to participate in the swimming program.
This position is for the 2025-2026 school year and will be a paid position that will be combined with one of our current teaching positions if possible. If a teaching position is unavailable or the applicant is employed outside of the education field, we will consider a community coach.

- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and other coaches
- Create, develop, and implement daily practices

- Helping athletes develop their God-given abilities to the fullest
- Being a positive role model for all of the student-athletes at the school
- Be committed to partnering with parents
