Requirements / Qualifications
Single Subject Physical Education Credential Preferred or Multiple Subject Credential with a Physical Education Authorization acceptable.
NOTE: Please submit a screenshot from the CTC of your current credential. The screenshot(s) should include credential description, document number, expiration date, authorizations (BCLAD), and EL or CLAD (if applicable). Do not submit the certificate version of the credential or an expired credential
- Answers to Supplemental Questions (3 current letters of reference dated within the last year, 1 of which is from your current supervisor)
- Certification (CSET, MSAT, etc.)
- Copy of Transcript
- Credential Copy (attach a detailed copy of the credential from the CTC)
- English Learner Authorization (attach a detailed copy of the credential from the CTC If notated on your credential please attach another copy, if not please submit appropriate documentation)
- Letter of Introduction (personal letter of introduction stating reasons for interest in the Westminster School District)
- Resume (Professional resume providing biographical background information about educational preparation, experience, and achievements)
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST If taken)
