Candidates must hold a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a Vietnamese Bilingual Authorization and either: *At least 24 units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a combination of both; or *A Child Development Teacher Permit (or higher) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a Vietnamese Bilingual Authorization and either: *At least 24 units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a combination of both; or *A Child Development Teacher Permit (or higher) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Candidates must be able to apply a variety of effective instructional strategies, techniques, and educational practices. Once on the job, the teacher will collaborate with colleagues and be able to skillfully involve parents and community members in the teaching and learning process.
