What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Maintenance / Housekeeping position at Westminster Presbyterian Church of Nashville, TN?
The position requires the following:

· A clean, well-groomed appearance
· A willingness to work at multiple tasks
· Available to work a variety of hours during the week
· Good verbal communication skills
· Ability to work unsupervised
· A basic understanding of building maintenance (examples: changing light bulbs, operating a vacuum cleaner, using a floor buffer and cleaning bathrooms).
· Ability to lift 50lbs that includes set up and tear down of tables and chairs for ongoing events in the Church
· Must possess good organizational skills
· MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Hours:
The position is full-time based on a 35-40-hour work week. Working hours will vary according to the needs of the Church. Hours will include weekend and evening work. Hours will be flexible as long as Church needs are met.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay will based upon experience and skills. Beginning wage is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
