Key Responsibilities
- Provides general information and directions.
- Answers and routes incoming telephone calls for staff, other departments and residents.
- Screens visitors: requests that visitors sign registration book; notifies residents of guests' arrival.
- Assists in signing up residents for activities, programs, etc.
- Learns and uses standard software functions and basic computer operations to enhance efficiency in resident service and communications.
- Tabulates daily call-in of residents and notifies Communications desk if any resident fails to respond. Also notifies these two if there is an emergency such as a resident falling.
- Receives and records packages and dry cleaning, phones residents regarding deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
