What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nutritional Supervisor position at WESTMINSTER OAKS?
Westminster Oaks is currently seeking a Full-Time CDM. The successful candidate will provide instruction and support for staff that prepares and serve meals to residents living in higher levels of service who require specialized nutritional interventions. Work as part of the interdisciplinary clinical team providing resident care. Coordinate with the Registered Dietitian on resident charts and nutrition programs.

- Write care plans for the Health Center residents.
- Assist in the menu planning for the Health Center residents.
- Oversee daily Health Care dining room meal service.
- Provide and input weekly & monthly Health Center resident’s weight loss information.
- Chart, document and provide input for resident’s dietary requirements.
- Produce MDS and CAA reports; includes response with corrective action for MDS trigger points.
Experience Preferred
- Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with data-base types of menu systems for menu forecasting, menu building and recipe creation. Supervisory Leadership.
- High School or better
- Certified Dietary Manager
