Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the implementation of care plans
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Empathy and compassion for patients
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients when necessary
